What is it, and what does it do?
The simple answer to that question is this:
It will automatically scan all race cards for the day, then arrange the information into an easy-to-read compilation of every runner.
Items that are included in each scan are listed below:
Race Dates (The dates that the dog ran)
Grades (The grades that the dog ran in)
Distances (The distances that the dog ran in)
Tracks (The tracks that the dog ran at)
Beaten By (The distances in which the dog was beaten by)
ISP (The official starting price)
Split Times (The times it took the dog to reach the first bend)
Finish Times (The time it took for the dog to finish)
Race Types (The type of race the dog took part in, Flat, Hurdles, etc)
Bend Positions (The 4 bend positions, during the race)
Finish Positions (Where the dog finished)
Previous Trap (The previous trap the dog has run from)
To allow for a level playing field, only races where there are 6 runners, each with 5 lines of race data are used.
The software is fully automated, so there is no need for any user inputs.
On completion of each full scan, a CSV file is created, so it can be saved to your computer, for the user’s further investigation or analysis, into any patterns that exist, giving you the opportunity to create your own selection method, based on the accurate and up-to-date information.
(Note: CSV files can be opened/edited/viewed using any spreadsheet software. Example: Microsoft Excel, Open Office, etc)
The saved file has an empty row between each race, making it easy to add your own calculations.
Because the information that is provided, is up-to-date, and accurate, you can be assured that you are dealing only with the facts.
